Ready to Enroll Your Child in Our Play-Based Program?
At MDOW, we believe that joyful learning begins with play. Our experienced staff and thoughtfully designed classrooms nurture curiosity, creativity, and social growth. Whether you’re joining us for the school year or summer, we’re excited to welcome your family to our community.
All registration is done through Brightwheel, our secure online platform. You’ll need to create an account to complete your application.
Families will be notified the week of
February 9, 2026 regarding their assigned days and times. Exact classroom placements will be shared in March.
Main Registration Period
We open registration each January
School Year: September–May
Summer Session: June–August
Rolling registration continues throughout the year to fill open spots.

January 9 – Registration for Summer 2026 and School Year 2026-27 for current MDOW families (opens at 7AM EST)
January 11 - Open House 1-3PM
January 16 – Registration for Summer 2026 and School Year 2026-27 for MDOW alumni & waitlisted families
January 23 – Registration for Summer 2026 and School Year 2026-27 for new families

Registration Requirements
Minimum of 2 sessions per week
Sessions must be on different days
Example: Monday morning and Wednesday afternoon
How Tuition Is Calculated
Tuition is based on weekly sessions
1 session = 1 morning or 1 afternoon
Full day (9:00–3:30) = 2 sessions
Examples:
2 sessions/week = Monday & Wednesday mornings
4 sessions/week = Tuesday & Thursday full days
Pre-K Enrollment
Children who are 4 years old by September 1, 2025, are eligible for our Pre-K program.
Choose one of two full-day options:
Mondays & Wednesdays: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
You may add additional days through the 3–5-year-old section on the registration form.
Billing and Payment
September tuition is due July 1 (non-refundable)
Monthly tuition for October–May is billed via Brightwheel, due by the 10th of the preceding month
*Example: October tuition is due September 10

*Tuition is not prorated for absences or weather-related closures.

Withdrawal Policy
•30-day written notice required for withdrawal or schedule changes
•Tuition is non-refundable
•Temporary withdrawals without payment are not guaranteed a return spot
Fees
Application Fee $50 (non-refundable; due upon acceptance)
Registration Fee $50 (non-refundable; due upon class placement)
Schedule Change Fee $30 (after classroom assignment)
Late Payment Fee 10% if not paid by the 15th
Materials & Supply Fee
Summer Program (June billing): $50 per child
School Year 2026–27 (September billing): A non-refundable fee of $150 per child. Families with more than one child enrolled will be charged $75 per additional child, after the first child.
Extra Sessions (by request & availability)
Heart/Bear/Ocean/Jungle Rooms: $28/session
Smiley Room: $33/session

Before Care 7:30 – 9:00 AM
Drop-in: $12/session
Monthly: $180/month
After Care 3:30 – 5:30 PM
Drop-in: $18/session
