Back-to-School Parent Meeting

Parents and guardians are invited to join us for our Back-to-School Parent Meeting to learn about the 2026–27 school year. We'll discuss our curriculum, daily routines, important policies and procedures, communication, and what you and your child can expect throughout the year. Welcome to the first day of the 2026–27 school year! We are excited to welcome your child to MDOW Early Learning Center and look forward to a wonderful year of learning, growth, and fun.

For your convenience, here are today's program hours:

• Before Care: 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM

• Morning Session: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Afternoon Session: 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM

• After Care: 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM

Fall Festival!

Bring the whole family and celebrate fall with MDOW Early Learning Center! Join us for an evening of autumn fun, including making a stuffed scarecrow, a dance party, room-to-room trick-or-treating, games, and more!

Children are encouraged to wear their favorite costume, and families are welcome to join in the fun. We can't wait to celebrate the season with you!

Family Art Night!

Bring the whole family for a fun evening of creativity at our Family Art Night! Join your child in their classroom to create a special fall or winter-themed craft together.

Please sign up with your child's teacher in advance so we can be sure to have enough supplies for everyone.

New Family Registration

We invite new families to register for Summer 2027 and the 2027–28 School Year. We are excited to welcome you to MDOW Early Learning Center and begin your child’s learning journey with us.

MDOW Reads Kicks Off Today!

We invite parents, older siblings, and grandparents to sign up as a Mystery Reader! Simply choose a day and time with your child’s teacher and bring your favorite picture book to read aloud to the class. The children absolutely love this special experience!

We will also have children record the books they read at home on “cookies,” which will be displayed in the classroom so we can track how many books we read together as a community. This program runs for one month.

Bingo Night Fundraiser

Come out for our biggest fundraiser of the year! Join us for a fun evening of Purse Bingo and other fabulous prizes.

Last year’s Bingo proceeds helped us upgrade the Shady Side, and we are excited to continue improving our school through this year’s event. We hope you’ll join us for a great night of fun and community support!

Last Day of School

Today is the last day of the 2026–27 school year. Thank you for a wonderful year filled with learning, growth, and fun. We are so proud of all our students and wish everyone a safe and happy summer!

Pre-K Graduation

Each Pre-K class will host its own graduation ceremony (times to be determined). Join us as we celebrate the end of their preschool journey and all they have accomplished. We are so proud of our graduates and look forward to celebrating this special milestone with you!
